Staff Nursing, a Belfast based nursing agency asked us to create a Bus Stop Advertising campaign for them to encourage enrollment. Bus Stop advertisements are passed by quickly and so we created Join Our Team, a direct and simple advertising campaign which communicated the message clearly and professionally. Our creative team worked with Staff Nursing management to analyse the core demographic and so optimise our visuals towards that group. We also managed to communicate the Staff Nursing brand as well as their message in order to create a legacy of communicating with the target audience.
